Boone County R-IV School District – Hallsville High School Additions and Alterations

The project consists of numerous additions totalling 21,500 square feet to the existing Hallsville High School. One phase of the project consists of an 11,500 square foot Science Building addition which includes a Chemistry Laboratory; laboratory storage; classrooms, restrooms, mechanical room and storage rooms.  Another phase is the construction of a 7,500 square foot Health and Fitness Classroom addition which consists of sitework, concrete foundations, structural masonry walls, structural steel roof framing, interior finishes, HVAC, fire protection, and electrical.  The final phase is the conversion of existing greenspace into a 2,500 square foot indoor corridor that will provide an alternate student route to the new Health and Fitness addition.
