City of Hannibal Granular Activated Carbon Facility

Construction of a granular activated carbon facility to remove additional total organic carbons from the water supply. Work consists of a new below grade concrete transfer wetwell, three vertical turbine transfer pumps, eight 40,000 lb granular activated carbon steel vessels, and associated plant piping and sitework modifications.
