Elmwood Community School District #322 Addition and Renovations

The project included the addition and renovation of many school functions to improve programs for the current and near term future needs as well as addressing parking, vehicular traffic, security, interior circulation, student life, HVAC concerns, and the appearance of the facility. The approved conceptual design included the renovation or new construction of the following spaces: high school classrooms, home economics, art, agriculture classroom and lab, chemistry classroom and lab, special education, high school corridor, toilets, auditorium storage and stage expansion, kitchen and servery, teacher’s lounge, commons and cafeteria, concessions, secure entrance vestibule, and superintendent’s office. The plan added approximately 12,000 SF of new addition and approximately 25,000 SF of light to extensive renovation. West side site modifications were made to separate bus and car traffic and the east side site modifications upgrade and expand parking.

Deer Creek-Mackinaw High School, New Sports Complex
