This project consisted of constructing a new 224,000 square foot Pre-K – 12 school consisting of 90+ classrooms with internet capability and integrated communications data. Also included are elementary, junior high and senior high libraries, gymnasiums, auditorium, food service facilities, administration offices, new senior high baseball, softball, football and utility athletic fields, new junior high baseball, softball and utility athletic fields, etc.
The Farmington School District is divided between six schools in seven buildings. The goal of this $31-million project was to create a single complex to house all students from Pre-kindergarten through Grade 12. The complex was completed and open for the 2004/05 school year.
