Franklin County Campbell Building Renovation

Project consisted of approximately 955 SF addition with a partial basement,
ground level build-out of approximately 1,000 SF and renovation of approximately
3,600 SF and basement level build-out of approximately 9,600 SF.

Demolition consisted of excavation for footings and foundations; limited areas
of existing ceilings and accessories, existing walls and accessories, existing floor
finishes and associated mechanical, plumbing and electrical items; and basement
floor slab for proposed plumbing work, and wall demo for proposed access
from the addition.

Construction consisted of concrete foundations, concrete slab on grade, concrete
slab on metal decking, steel joists, metal roof deck, grid ceilings and tiles,
metal studs, gypsum wall board, grid and tile ceilings, EIFS finish system, EPDM roof
system, insulation, hollow metal doors and frames, wood doors, aluminum doors,
rubber base, VCT flooring, carpet, and sealed concrete flooring. Mechanical,
fire protection, plumbing, and electrical were included.
