Illinois State University – Student Fitness & Kinesiology/Recreation Building

This project consisted of the demolition of two existing residence halls along with the selective demolition of McCormick Hall to create a new 170,000 square foot facility that bridges a major thoroughfare through the City of Normal.  The facility consists of basketball courts, an indoor track, pools, aerobic spaces, and a climbing wall. The center includes classrooms, laboratories and office space for the School of Kinesiology and Recreation.

RiverPlex Recreation and Wellness Center

The RiverPlex is a 118,000 square foot multi-purpose community/recreation/athletic facility complete with a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor aquatic park, multi-purpose area, pro shop, activity room and classrooms.

O’Brien Field

Design/build responsibility for a new downtown baseball stadium with a total seating capacity of approximately 7,500, including 20 private suites. This state-of-the-art minor league facility includes underground locker room facilities, indoor training facilities and a batting cage.
