IRS – National Distribution Center

This was a design-build project with Archway Development.  The building is being utilized by the Internal Revenue Service as their National Distribution Center.  The building consists of a 116, 000 square foot area dedicated to order fulfillment, warehousing and dock space as well as an additional 19,000 square foot office space.  The building has a structural steel frame with exterior load bearing precast concrete wall panels. The exterior of the building has a K-4 security perimeter.

RiverPlex Recreation and Wellness Center

The RiverPlex is a 118,000 square foot multi-purpose community/recreation/athletic facility complete with a state-of-the-art fitness center, indoor aquatic park, multi-purpose area, pro shop, activity room and classrooms.

Pecan Street – Cooperage 214

Project consisted of a 27,000 square foot historical renovation of an old warehouse building in downtown Peoria’s Warehouse District.  The renovations consisted of constructing eighteen (18) upscale residential units, ground floor commercial space, and parking.
