Project included the construction of integrated classroom and hands on training spaces totaling 16,000 square feet. This facility will be utilized in a joint effort by the International Laborer’s Union and Associated General Contractors of America for the development of a complete skill set for union members and contractor’s employees. The facility is a pre-engineered steel frame with masonry cladding on the office and service areas.
