Lincoln’s Challenge Academy – Department of Military Affairs

This project includes the construction of approximately 136,000 square feet of new space for the Lincoln’s Challenge Academy. Site clearing, involving asbestos abatement and demolition of an existing building, will precede the new construction. The new construction consists of three separate buildings. The Education Building is a 2-story, 17,000 square foot building consisting of classrooms, offices, testing/ multipurpose room, computer labs, a library, a conference room, restrooms, and storage areas. The Gymnasium/Logistics Building is a 26,000 square foot building consisting of a gymnasium, fitness center, locker rooms, restrooms, concession areas, a break room, offices, vehicle maintenance and workshop area, a loading dock, and storage areas. The Administration/Residential Building is a 4-story, 89,000 square foot building consisting of administrative offices, classrooms, cadet units,  laundry rooms, commercial kitchen area, dining area, medical/exam rooms,  restrooms, and storage rooms.

Deer Creek-Mackinaw High School, New Sports Complex

Project consists of constructing a new football stadium at Dee-Mack High School. The stadium will be handicapped-accessible and have LED lighting, artificial turf, an eight-lane track, concessions and restroom area and a press box and storage building.
