Main Street Commons

This project is a resort style mixed use development. The focus of this project is a market rate, student focused development. The complex is located adjacent to Bradley University in Peoria, Illinois. The complex consists of 88 residential units (184 beds) in a five-story, 100,000 square feet, secured access, and amenity rich apartment building with an additional 15,000 leasable square feet of first level retail space.
