Northern Illinois University – Stevens Building Addition and Renovation

Stevens Building is a 68,520 square foot, two-story building constructed in 1958 which houses the School of Theater Arts & Dance; the Department of Anthropology; classrooms; laboratories; and faculty offices. This project included the demolition of the buildings’ north wing and interior renovations of 21,000 square feet. The interior renovations included new interior partitions; finishes; windows; roofing; tuck-pointing; and new MEP systems through-out the facility. Also included in the project was a new 65,000 square foot addition which includes classrooms, laboratories, and offices for the Department of Anthropology; a 330 seat lecture hall; a black box theater and supporting scene shop spaces.

Central Methodist University – Clingenpeel & Linn Memorial Hall Exterior Repairs

Project consisted of demolishing exterior paving, stairs, ramps, windows and concrete walls. Once demolition was complete, new paving, ramps, stairs, windows, doors, masonry restoration, pouring new footing and foundations, waterproofing both buildings, and re-routing the storm drainage take place.

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville – Vadalabene Center Wall Cladding and Canopy

Project scope included new brick and metal panel cladding over the existing exterior plaster finish around the entire Vadalabene Center.  Also included was a new canopy at the east entrance.
