Northern Illinois University – Stevens Building Addition and Renovation

Stevens Building is a 68,520 square foot, two-story building constructed in 1958 which houses the School of Theater Arts & Dance; the Department of Anthropology; classrooms; laboratories; and faculty offices.  This project will include the demolition of the buildings’ north wing and interior renovations of 21,000 square feet.  The interior renovations will include new interior partitions; finishes; windows; roofing; tuck-pointing; and new MEP systems through-out the facility. Also included in the project is a new 65,000 square foot addition which includes classrooms, laboratories, and offices for the Department of Anthropology; a 330 seat lecture hall; a black box theatre and supporting scene shop spaces.

Deer Creek-Mackinaw High School, New Sports Complex
