River City Construction and River City Design Group had the design/build responsibility for this new 22,000 square foot expansion to the existing facility. This expansion included a large gymnasium for sports ministry and multi-purpose use as well as an enlarged family life center. A large kitchen, office and support spaces for Northminster staff were also included in the expansion.
This project consisted of a 30,000 square foot addition that included a new 800 seat sanctuary, a large gathering space, offices and numerous support areas for parish functions.
The project consists of a 16,000 square foot addition that houses a new family life center, a large gathering space, prefunction areas, new kitchen facilities, new classroom space, as well as renovations of the existing sanctuary and classrooms.
