Peoria Notre Dame – Outdoor Athletic Complex Phase I

The project scope includes all work associated with site grading and infrastructure for the future development of two (2) baseball fields, two (2) softball fields, natural turf practice fields for football and soccer, artificial turf football/soccer field with an 8 lane, all-weather track surface surrounding the field, outdoor athletic field lighting, site lighting, and parking lot lighting.  Structures include a brick masonry entry building that will include common restrooms, tickets, concessions, and storage, home team bleachers with a masonry locker room structure, visiting team bleachers, a masonry building centrally located in the baseball/softball complex to house restrooms, concessions, storage, and second-floor scorekeeping/announcing, and a 40’x60’ storage building located in a central location between venues.
