River City Construction and River City Design Group had the design/build responsibility for this 24,000 square foot pre-cast, brick and glass-clad facility is constructed on 5 acres and includes area designated for estimating, estimating support, project management, accounting, marketing and design, as well as additional office space for future expansion and a large conference/training room. The central open office area is surrounded by glass on two sides with a skylight overhead. The front of the building is accented by a curved glass curtain wall that slopes with the curve of the skylight.
