We provide pre-construction services to the owner and the architect early in the design process to help develop project budgets.  At some point in that design process a guaranteed maximum price (GMP) is established.  Then, we manage the construction project to keep costs from exceeding the GMP.  We also perform construction tasks for work packages in which River City is the low bidder.
