Each project will receive our individual in-house review to determine the sustainable design practices that will be inherent to the project.  When working with River City, you receive the benefit of sustainable design without additional consideration or cost – it is our responsibility to you, your project, and the environment.

We are also LEED Accredited and members of the United States Green Building Council.  The expertise and membership give us the ability to guide your project to LEED Certification if so desired.
