SIU-E Founders Hall

Project entails renovating Founders Hall located on the SIUE campus. The existing 135,300 square foot renovation + 19,500 square foot addition project consists of hazardous materials abatement, utility replacement and site work, seismic infrastructure & building systems upgrades, interior renovations, and additions to Founders Hall. The project is required to obtain LEED Silver. Construction of the additions connecting to all floor levels (tunnel, basement, 1st level, 2nd level, 3rd level, and penthouse). Phase one also includes work in other areas of the building, to ready building for building system upgrades while being occupied on certain floors. Phase two generally consists of work on the tunnel, basement, and first level.

Prime Contractor’s contracted directly with SIUE, will perform the electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and fire protection changes/upgrades.

Central Methodist University – Clingenpeel & Linn Memorial Hall Exterior Repairs

Project consists of demolishing exterior paving, stairs, ramps, windows and concrete walls. Once demolition is complete, new paving, ramps, stairs, windows, doors, masonry restoration, pouring new footing and foundations, waterproofing both buildings, and re-routing the storm drainage will take place.
