Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville – New Science Building/Renovate Old Building

Project consisted of renovating the existing 4-story, 182,560 square foot Science Facility, consisting of offices, lecture halls, general classrooms, physics laboratories, open areas, new windows, roof repair and new heating, ventilating, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems. The building was vacated for the duration of the construction project with the exception of the large Lecture Halls in Building B which remained in service for the University during the academic year. Also included was new utilities and site improvements.

Southern Illinois University Edwardsville – Vadalabene Center Wall Cladding and Canopy

Project scope included new brick and metal panel cladding over the existing exterior plaster finish around the entire Vadalabene Center.  Also included was a new canopy at the east entrance.
