Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville – New Science Building/Renovate Old Building

Project consists of renovating the existing 4-story, 182,560 square foot Science Facility, consisting of offices, lecture halls, general classrooms, physics laboratories, open areas, new windows, roof repair and new heating, ventilating, plumbing, electrical and fire protection systems. The building will be vacated for the duration of the construction project with the exception of the large Lecture Halls in Building B which will remain in service for the University during the academic year. Also included is new utilities and site improvements.
