Project consisted of a new 3-story facility for the new State Historical Society Building that includes gallery space, lecture halls, archives, library, classroom, offices, and conference rooms, as well as corridor and vertical circulation, mechanical and electrical equipment space, and support spaces.

Central Methodist University – Clingenpeel & Linn Memorial Hall Exterior Repairs

Project consisted of demolishing exterior paving, stairs, ramps, windows and concrete walls. Once demolition was complete, new paving, ramps, stairs, windows, doors, masonry restoration, pouring new footing and foundations, waterproofing both buildings, and re-routing the storm drainage take place.
