University of Missouri – Dobbs Group Replacement Project

Project consists of construction of two new 5 story Residence Halls and a Dining Facility. Residence Hall-1 is approximately 89,000 SF and located on the south side of existing Jones Hall. Residence Hall-1 construction will be complete in March 2016. Residence Hall-2 is approximately 108,000 SF and will sit on the site now occupied by Jones Hall and be complete in March 2017. Demolition of Jones Hall will begin in April 2015 to allow construction of the Residence Hall-2. Upon the completion of Residence Hall-2 the existing Dobbs Pavilion will be demolished and all dining hall services will be provided out of the new 1st level dining facility in Residence Hall-2. Both Residence Halls include student residential units, social and study lounges, and support spaces. The exteriors consist of brick veneer, EIFS and shingle roofs.

Deer Creek-Mackinaw High School, New Sports Complex
