University of Missouri – Dobbs Group Replacement Project

Dobbs Hall Group Replacement – Demolition of one existing residential tower and replacement with two new residence halls: Hall 1 (89,000 SF) and Hall 2 (109,000 SF). The major project challenge was the sequencing and demolition of the existing residential tower to accommodate academic school years and the residential needs, as well as the timing of bringing the new residence hall online for occupancy. Both residence hall include student residential units, social lounges, study lounges, and support spaces. A new cafeteria and dining hall is incorporated into Hall 2.
