University of Missouri – Jesse Hall – Replace HVAC, Install New Elevator and Fire Safety System

The work on Jesse Hall included major modifications to the building HVAC system, the installation of a new elevator, including the construction of a new masonry elevator shaft and elevator lobby, renovation of the existing elevator and the installation of a new fire detection, alarm and fire sprinkler systems. Architectural work consisted of floor, wall and ceiling modifications, new and reinstalled millwork and doors, window and door transom replacements and four new roof dormers.
