University of Missouri – Life Sciences Center

The facility consists of a 235,000 square foot teaching and research laboratory building with an adjacent service building, connecting underground service corridor and associated site development.  The main building contains research laboratories and support facilities, offices, conference rooms and a 250 seat auditorium on five levels with a five-story central atrium.

University of Missouri – RADIL Facility at Discovery Ridge

This design build project consists of a 1-story, 61,000 square foot research laboratory for the RADIL Facility. The building consists of precast exterior construction. It includes a 13,000 square foot vivarium space with the remaining space consisting of support labs and office.

Southern Illinois University – Student Hall 3

Bluff Hall is a new student residence building encompassing 117,000 square feet. The building houses approximately 500 students and contains study areas, lounges and offices.
