University of Missouri – Virginia Avenue Housing and Dining Facility

Development of an 8-acre site into a complex of buildings that includes a dining facility and four student residence facilities.  The dining facility includes kitchen, servery, seating areas, and administrative offices. Residence facilities will be four-story wood frame constructed buildings.  Facilities shall include some teaching spaces as well as apartments for staff.  The site shall be fully developed including demolition, grading, utilities, vehicular and pedestrian paved areas.
