In his dual roles as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Cody oversees the River City Operations team, as well as the MR Mason and A&H Steel teams to ensure they have what they need to succeed. Part of his role is to offer support to these teams, as well as guide them toward a common vision, grounded in our values and purpose.

At work, and in life, Cody is passionate about being bold, being daring, being all-in, and living life to the fullest. This is evident in his work, as he’s committed to innovation and growth for his team. His passion for the industry and the continued growth and development of RCC inspires him to show up to work ready to do amazing things with amazing people.

Cody earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Bradley University. He is a board member of the Ronald McDonald Charities of Central Illinois, as well as the Central Illinois Builders Board of Directors. He also serves as part of the Campaign Cabinet for the Heart of Illinois United Way, and is a St. Jude Supporter and Runner.

When Cody isn’t working or volunteering his time, he is supporting his family’s passions and pursuing his own, including farming and racing. Together, Cody and his family enjoy experiencing new things and spending time with one another.

What is your favorite River City Construction project?

The Bradley University Alumni Center project. I’m a Bradley alumnus so it was an honor to serve as the Project Manager for the Alumni Center and as Project Manager for the Westlake Hall expansion on Bradley’s campus.

What’s a random fact about you?

I have a twin brother. I have eight-year-old twins, and my brother has twins born the same year as my twins. #twins
