The project includes a new office and training center.  The new office building will house MPUA’s administrative functions and a multi-purpose room to accommodate MPUA’s staff meeting and training needs, as well as quarterly board meetings.  The training facility contains offices, classrooms, a breakroom and a high-bay open area for lineman and other utility training.
