Project Summary

The project includes construction of a 9-story, 8,000 SF Air Traffic Control Tower with a 1,300 SF vestibule link to the base building, selective demolition of Phase I base building elements, and build-out of the base building fire pump room. The scope also includes site work, landscaping, and providing furniture for both the base building and tower, as well as connecting to all utilities and existing airfield systems.
