Senior Project Managers are responsible for leading large, complex construction projects and working collaboratively with other project stakeholders (owners, architects, regulators, subcontractors etc.) to carry projects from preconstruction to completion. Senior Project Managers are responsible for the Financial, Schedule, Safety and Quality performance of their assigned projects. They are required to maintain a thorough ‘big picture’ understanding of their projects, and to recognize and act upon priority tasks & risks without supervision. In addition to their own work, they are required to effectively delegate tasks and supervise project teams to include superintendents, foremen, project managers and engineers, QC managers, Safety officers, project controls staff, project clerks, procurement staff and designers. Industrial Project Engineer/Estimator – East Peoria, IL
This Project Engineer / Estimator position supports our industrial projects team and is predominately site based at our clients’ industrial manufacturing facilities in Central IL. Primary duties include the following: Working with client representatives, internal operations staff and subcontractors to review pending projects; developing detailed cost estimates, construction schedules and work plans based on site-walks, written scopes of work (SOW) and design documents; preparation of project proposals; project set-up; preparation of subcontracts and purchase orders, submittal review and ordering of materials. This position works closely with internal Foremen and Superintendents, Subcontractors and clients, and is required to have a detailed understanding of cost estimating, industrial construction operations, safety & quality programs. The ability to recognize priorities, and execute multiple work tasks without supervision, in a fast-paced industrial environment are critical skills for this position, as are attention to detail, flexibility and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Onsite Safety Manager – East Peoria, IL
This Onsite Safety Manager position will support our industrial projects team and is predominately site based at our clients’ industrial manufacturing facilities in Central IL. Primary duties include: attending any site meetings, performing safety audits, working with jobsite leadership, and contributing to the overall project safety. Onsite Safety Managers are responsible for monitoring and actively mitigating operational, safety, and environmental risks. Meeting with clients regarding safety is also a crucial component of this position. The prime responsibility is to ensure compliance with standards pertaining to safety required by the contractor, client, Federal, State and Local regulations.

Superintendents are responsible for leading construction efforts and overseeing the day-to-day onsite construction activities. They are required to work collaboratively with onsite personnel including but not limited to subcontractors, project owners, surveyors, architects, estimators, and engineers.
