The Talent / HR Manager of River City Construction is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing product and service offerings related to the human resource and human capital needs of the organization, including policies, programs, practices, and compliance. This position will work collaboratively with the executive team members from all office locations to recruit, hire, on-board, train and develop, and retain a highly engaged, high performing workforce from the front line to the officer level. As an ambassador to all employees, the Talent / HR Manager is charged with creating an employee experience that certifies the company as a “Best Place to Work” in the regions served.

Preconstruction General Manager

The Preconstruction General Manager is responsible for leading all preconstruction efforts, including project development, client relation efforts, and project specific pursuits companywide. This position will work collaboratively with the executive team members from all office locations to develop project leads and opportunities, as well as carrying those projects through the pursuit phase, proposal phase, and preconstruction phase. Fostering and developing relationships with Clients, Design Firms, and Subcontracting partners will also be instrumental for this role.

Preconstruction Project Manager

The Preconstruction Project Manager is responsible for leading preconstruction efforts, including project development and project specific pursuits for the Company. This position will work collaboratively with the Preconstruction Department team to carry those projects through the pursuit phase, proposal phase, and preconstruction phase, to deliver shovel ready projects that are carefully planned for an on-time delivery and within budget.
