This project was completed in two distinct phases. Phase 1 involved utility upgrades and the demolition of existing structures, paving the way for Phase 2—the construction of a cutting-edge Science & Technology Center. Spanning 47,500 SF across two stories, the facility features a dental clinic, health and science laboratories, flexible classrooms, administrative offices, and various support spaces, all designed to foster innovation and learning.
