Project Summary

Construction Manager at Risk project consists of two (2) phases. Phase 1 consists of utility work and building demolition. Phase 2 consists of a new Science & Technology Center. The two-story, 47,500 SF facility includes a dental clinic, health labs, science labs, flex classrooms, administrative offices, and other support areas.
