Project included construction management responsibilities for new laboratory and classroom facility for the Science, Physics and Biology Departments. Major project elements included numerous teaching laboratories and support facilities, offices, classrooms, an observatory and two-story central atrium. Responsibilities included comprehensive pre-construction and construction related services as well as self-performance of approximately 25% of project-related work.
