Keene Street Infrastructure and Envelope Improvements, University of Missouri

The Keene Street Medical Building envelope improvements project includes replacement of exterior metal panels, windows and selected roofing; new curtainwall windows, exterior LED lighting, firestopping, sun screens, masonry repairs, and restoration of affected interior spaces and MEP/FP systems. Work will be phased to accommodate ongoing facility operations.

Infrastructure improvements at Keene Street Medical Building include upgrades and replacements to the building automation system, domestic pumps, sanitary piping, chilled water system, fire alarm and fire protection systems, fire pump, and selected air handling units. Infrastructure improvements at Keene Street Health Pavilion include upgrades to the fire alarm system, piping mains, heating water lines, and passenger and freight elevators.
