Project Summary

The project involves constructing a new three-story office building, spanning 52,500 SF, on a 4.5-acre site. This includes an 85,000 SF parking lot. The building will serve as a shared space for the Missouri Primary Care Association and the Missouri Behavioral Health Council. It will feature training and collaboration areas, multipurpose rooms, catering/café facilities, fitness centers, numerous offices, and an auditorium for our clients and end-users.
