Multimodal Transportation Center and City Hall

The new facility is a four story structure comprised of a ground floor transportation center for both train and bus services and includes a food court, information center and retail space. Floors two through four house new city administration offices and council chambers. Attached to the main structure is a four story parking deck, over a ground level bus way for passenger arrivals and departures as well as retail space. Anticipating future high speed rail, the facility has been designed to accommodate commuters to Chicago from St. Louis.

Design-build construction of a 22,100-square-foot building which includes 16,000 square feet of office classroom and laboratory space and 6,000 square feet of welding shop.  

Pecan Street – Cooperage 214

Project consisted of a 27,000 square foot historical renovation of an old warehouse building in downtown Peoria’s Warehouse District.  The renovations consisted of constructing eighteen (18) upscale residential units, ground floor commercial space, and parking.
