The Education Building is 185,910 square feet and will obtain LEED Certification. The building is split by a main corridor. To the east of the corridor is a two-story office block for faculty and students. To the west is the single-story automotive labs, flight simulator room, and weather dispatch. At the end of the corridor, is a multi-purpose education area. This building will house the Aviation and Automotive Departments.
The Test Cell Building is 10,910 square feet and contains four test cells used for instruction and research: a multi-purpose propeller test cell, a thrust turbo fan and a turbine shaft test cell, and two reciprocating engine test cells with propeller.
The Fleet Storage Building is a 31,870 square feet pre-engineered metal building which will house the automotive special teams area and component storage for both automobiles and aircraft. This will be used to provide shelter and security for the automobiles used in the adjacent Education Building.
