This 23,440 SF office facility in East Peoria, Illinois, was developed for Alliance Library Systems, a state agency that serves libraries across a 14,000-square-mile region in central Illinois. The project began with a 9,500-square-foot structure, which was enhanced by two 7,000-square-foot additions. The original building was renovated to meet the diverse operational needs of the agency, and the site design also includes infrastructure to accommodate a future expansion.
