Project included renovation of an approximately 57,000 square foot existing two-story medical office building. An extensive portion of the building was renovated and remodeled in order to consolidate services and expand other services in the mid-Missouri area. Some of the existing services include: Primary Care, Dental Care, Behavioral Health Care, Substance Abuse Disorder Care, Common/Shared Spaces, Administration Functions, Building Support, and Event Spaces.
