The Mattis Avenue project consisted of the construction of a new lime feed facility complete with an upgraded RDP lime slaking system and a maintenance garage; a new CO2 feed building and equipment; and a new decant pump station to recycle water from the lagoons back into the treatment train. Also included was all ancillary yard piping to feed the new chemicals to both treatment trains and the related upgrades to the chemical application points.
