Renovations to Jesse Hall, a 121-year-old structure, encompassed extensive upgrades to enhance functionality and safety. The project included major modifications to the HVAC system, the installation of a new elevator along with a masonry elevator shaft and lobby, and the renovation of the existing elevator. Additionally, new fire detection, alarm, and sprinkler systems were installed to improve fire safety.
Architectural improvements featured updates to floors, walls, and ceilings, as well as the installation of new and refurbished millwork and doors. Window and door transoms were replaced, and four new roof dormers were added, contributing to both the building’s aesthetics and structural integrity.
