New Office and Training Center, Missouri Public Utility Alliance

Project included a new office and training center. The new office building houses MPUA’s administrative functions and a multi-purpose room to accommodate MPUA’s staff meeting and training needs, as well as quarterly board meetings. The training facility contains offices, classrooms, a breakroom and a high-bay open area for lineman and other utility training.

“We had the pleasure at MPUA to work with River City Construction on a project that completed in 2022. This was a design-bid-build and we had already retained an architect and owner’s engineer. We could not have been more pleased with River City and their team. The project was completed about a month early and under budget. In normal times this would be pretty remarkable but especially so since construction occurred during COVID. I can recommend River City without any reservation whatsoever.”
