The newly established North Branch of the Peoria Public Library brings state-of-the-art library services to the northernmost areas of Peoria. This modern facility seamlessly blends traditional library collections and meeting spaces with inviting reading areas, including a cozy fireplace nook and a trellis-covered outdoor patio. The exterior design embraces sustainability, featuring a prairie savanna landscape, eco-friendly bioswales, and scenic walking trails through native Illinois plantings.
