Building 1600 Renovation, Scott Air Force Base

Building 1600 is a 3-story, approximately +/-314,000 SF administrative command and control headquarters facility. The project requires a complete renovation of the facility to meet current applicable criteria, codes and standards for occupancy. Scope includes major demolition, renovation, and modernization of all major building systems, including architectural, structural, life safety, interior power and lighting, emergency / alarm systems, plumbing, HVAC, telecommunications systems, ATFP upgrades, seismic upgrades, server racks, floors, walls / ceilings, toilets and furnishings. The renovated facility provides a new interior with an enhanced working environment and greater efficiency and will accommodate current and future technology to extend the service life of the facility.
