This fast-paced, 24 day project schedule included HVAC and isolated power upgrades to the 3rd floor operating rooms. The project included tie-ins of existing power in OR 4, 5, 10, 11, 12 & 14 to the existing Isolation Power Panel as well as expansion of isolated power in OR 6 & 7 to the perimeter panels. While rooms were scheduled to be out of service, upgrades to the HVAC system were made providing enhanced pressurization control. The removal of existing bubble dampers and replacement with return air VAV will improve ventilation control and facilitate future AHU upgrades.
