“Jason Dally has done an excellent job as Project Manager and Jake Ellington has been a fantastic Project Superintendent. Communications and collaboration between UCSD and River City Construction have been phenomenal and contributed to the project’s success so far. I would highly recommend River City Construction for any treatment plant construction project and hope I have an opportunity to work with them again in the future.”
